As a **Marketing Manager at Shape**, you will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture. You will report to the VP of Marketing & Sales. You will work with your key sales and marketing stakeholders to develop the marketing strategy with the internal and external public, being responsible for press releases, News Letters, and others. You will build and execute a scalable mix of field programs in-market to increase engagement, generate leads, and maximize conversion rates within the B2B market.

**The Impact You Will Have**:

- Build the marketing strategy in partnership with sales leadership and the marketing organization that exceeds targets and direction.
- Execute demand generation programs, including practitioner workshops, executive events, targeted events, third-party event sponsorships, direct mail, and others.
- Streamline lead flow management from your field marketing programs and events into marketing automation systems and to sales team stakeholders to maximize pipeline generation and conversion.
- On-budget execution of programs with timely and accurate reconciliation with Finance.
- Consistent best practice sharing and optimized conversion rates of all programs.
- Happy regional sales and marketing stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Marketing experience.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Experience working with a direct sales team and regional channel partners.
- Experience with digital marketing, customer marketing, and PR.
- Experience having pipeline-building responsibility.
- Experience with inbound and outbound marketing, automation marketing tools, and platforms.
- Must be data and metrics-driven.
- Travel for events will be required.
