**You're excited about this opportunity because you will**:

- Act as an Olly Olly brand ambassador to known and new talent markets by promoting our brand, including posting job openings creatively and building a strong talent pipeline for our current and future hiring needs.
- Strategically source top talent & develop rapport & authentic, lasting relationships. This includes sourcing referrals from current employees and external networks.
- Track & measure recruiting & retention metrics, adjusting strategy and tactics as-needed based on findings, to improve current processes

**We're excited about you because you bring**
- 2+ years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition
- Prior experience recruiting in Engineering preferred
- Exceptional Verbal and Written communication skills in English required
- Bachelor's degree (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education)
- Technical Knowledge in:

- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS, we use Breezy)
- Familiarity with professional social networks and sites (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Working Experience with Google Suite (including Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides)
