You support our team as **Business Development Specialist**: **Responsibilities**: - Responsibility for interacting with the Marketing department in search of project prospecting - Collaborate to define the strategy prior to each project to obtain EagleBurgmann's participation in 100% of applicable markets - Organize and define prioritization of actions for all defined target holdings - Collaborate to define an action and business plan for each target project with responsibilities, investments if applicable, as well as risk analysis. - Ensure that EagleBurgmann products are listed with due preference in customer technical documentation for each project. - Maintain/organize project records and files to ensure the most recent information globally. - Maintain relationships and visit Customers, meeting pre-sales demands, seminars, presentations and meetings with engineering companies (EPC), OEMs and key End-User engineering in cooperation with the Engineering teams and global sales organization, ensuring that our brand is on the Vendor-list of projects. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - MBA in Project Management, Strategic Sales Management, related courses and specializations in the area of sales and business development will be an advantage. - English - Minimum level: Advanced. - Spanish - Minimum level: Intermediate.
