Global Talent Acquisition Specialist JoVE•valinhos, estado de são paulo, BrazilDescrição da vagaJoVE is the world- leading producer and provider of video solutions with the mission to improve scientific research and education.Millions of scientists, educators and students use JoVE for their research, teaching and learning.Our institutional clients comprise over 1,000 universities, colleges, and biopharma companies, including such leaders as University of São Paulo, UNICAMP and UNESP.As a rapidly growing company, with offices in the USA, UK, Australia, and India servicing clients in over 60 countries, we are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our company.The RoleWe are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global HR team.In this role, you will drive the hiring of top-tier talent across Europe and APAC, and help us build high-performing teams in both technical and business functions.You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, build and nurture strong talent pipelines, and deliver a fast, high-quality hiring experience that directly contributes to our company's growth and success worldwide.ResponsibilitiesExecute targeted hiring strategies to identify, and hire high-quality talent across sales, technical, and business roles.Proactively source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support rapid hiring and future growth.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill needs, and success profiles.Track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline quality, candidate conversion rates) to support continuous improvement.Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates clearly understand the company's mission, values, and employee experience.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and facilitating selection decisions.Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).RequirementsA Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in software or technology companies.Fluent English communication skills.Experience supporting global recruitment, ideally across Europe and APAC.Proficiency with recruiting and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ambitious, results-driven, and thrives in high-growth settings.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and candidate experience skills.Why Join JoVE?You can expect compensation package competitively placed within the local market.You will make a direct impact in accelerating science research and in improving student learning in science education.Opportunity to work with global teams and in an environment that promotes innovation and collaboration.Our strong promotion from within culture draws a clear path to advance your career with us.#J-*****-Ljbffr
