We are looking for Customer Representative in our Santos branch

**In this role you will**:
Check and handle drafts sent by the clients to avoid any misinformation.

Check VGM data in the system to check for missing information

Follow up on invoices to avoid correctors.

Send invoices for payment to clients as soon as the vessel sails.

Print originals Bl and make them available to the clients.

Communicate with customers to establish better relations

Cargo readiness from the start of the process till final/sailing date

Check tracking with customer if they needed

Communicate to customer if they needed regarding cargo readiness or other, if necessary

Work closely with Sales Team having better comprehension regarding Customers' needs

**Requirements**:
**You will need in this role**:
Upper intermediate to advanced English level

Office 365 mainly excel and word

Degree in International trade, or related areas

Customer Service Ability
