TecAlliance do Brasil is hiring a **Sales Specialist/Hunter**with strong hability in prospecting clients.

**Work location**: São Jose dos Campos Brazil.

Main responsibilities:

- Analyze customer needs x TecAlliance solutions
- Study products and present TecData Hub and TecDoc solutions to prospects, capturing sales needs and possibilities
- Identify customer profile (distributors, manufacturers, retailers, tech company) and act on appropriate solutions for each segment
- Ability to build relationships and trust with customers
- Work in after-sales, providing customer support and maintaining dialogue for new opportunities
- Work on the sales closing process with the customer
- Clear communication and ability to translate technical information into opportunities
- Lots of resilience and persistence in following up with customers
- Organization (documents, files, follow-ups, contacts, etc)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor´s degree in Administration, Economics or Engineering.
- Capacity to access to sales and marketing mid and senior decision makers on the target group)
- TecDoc knowledge is a plus
- 5 years of experience working in related fields

**Languages**
- English: Intermediate
- Spanish: Desirable
- Portuguese: Advanced Native

**Principais responsabilidades**:

- Analisar as necessidades dos clientes x soluções TecAlliance
- Estudar produtos e apresentar as soluções TecData Hub e TecDoc para potenciais clientes, identificando necessidades e possibilidades de vendas
- Identificar o perfil do cliente (distribuidores, fabricantes, varejistas, empresas de tecnologia) e propor as soluções adequadas para cada segmento
- Capacidade de construir relacionamentos e confiança com os clientes
- Atuar no pós-venda, oferecendo suporte ao cliente e mantendo o diálogo para novas oportunidades
- Atuar no processo de fechamento de vendas com o cliente
- Comunicação clara e habilidade para traduzir informações técnicas em oportunidades
- Muita resiliência e persistência no acompanhamento dos clientes
- Organização (documentos, arquivos, follow-ups, contatos, etc.)

**Qualificações**:

- Graduação em Administração, Economia ou Engenharia
- Capacidade de acessar tomadores de decisão de vendas e marketing em nível médio e sênior no grupo-alvo
- Conhecimento em TecDoc é um diferencial
- 5 anos de experiência como vendedor no setor automotivo

**Idiomas**:

- Inglês: Intermediário
- Espanhol: Desejável
- Português: Avançado/Nativo
