**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are hiring a **Finance Manager** to our **Finance** team in **Brazil. **This is a remote position, must live in Brazil.

**YOUR IMPACT**
- Responsible for creating, measuring and reporting metrics within the Global Financial Operations team through dashboards.
- Project Management: Finance business leader for projects, assuming the leadership, documenting and making sure that each project step was completed in accordance with the plan ensuring high quality of the deliverables. Constant follow-up, clear communication and set up of next steps. Guarantee a smooth go-live for the teams involved. Conduct meetings, report and present project status.
- Continuous implementation of a global program to drive automation thought out the areas to increase the productivity of the finance team, helping Gympass to scale cost-effectively.
- Responsible for understanding the root cause, reporting and driving action for process issues, system bugs, improvements needed or any other risks impacting financial operations.
- Support the teams with data analysis and internal controls implemented to ensure a high level of security and risk control over financial operations.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Degree in business management or other related.
- Strong knowledge of financial operations, accounting, controllership, reporting, process mapping, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of excel and Google tools such as google sheets, docs, presentation and data studio.
- Previous experience leading projects and system implementation, processes automation and RPA.
- High sense of management, urgency, planning ability, flexibility and high commitment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Ability to work remotely with diverse teams
- Previously working for an international company is a plus.
