BA/BS degree or equivalent experience including 4+ years of sales experience in eCommerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software industries
- Proven track record of success in a targets-driven environment
- Skilled in phone-based development with strong objection-handling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, convince and explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Fluent in Portuguese and English

Amazon is looking for an experienced and driven professional to lead a new business stream within FBA Brazil. You will work as a start-up cell with end-to-end responsibilities, owning (1) selling partners conversion, (2) establishing new contracts with third-party service providers, and (3) running day to day operations including setting and streamlining processes. Ultimately you will support FBA business expansion. You will work directly with leadership, legal, product, operations, transportation, and procurement teams, and a variety of internal partners and external selling partners to ensure the best seller experience possible.
