Principais atividades e responsabilidades - Aplicar as rotinas previstas nas normas elaboradas com base no Regulamento do CAM-CCBC (“norma primária”), quais sejam: os procedimentos previstos no Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, as Resoluções Administrativas e as Recomendações à Secretaria (“normas secundárias"), na condução dos procedimentos administrados pelo CAM-CCBC. - Propor soluções e encaminhar consulta à Presidência ou Secretaria Geral do CAM-CCBC sempre que as manifestações ou solicitações apresentadas exigirem diligências ou decisões não previstas nas normas secundárias. - Notificar as partes sobre os andamentos processuais, garantindo o recebimento isonômico das informações e ampla oportunidade de contraditório, em fase administrativa. - Informar os requisitos necessários para o cálculo e rateio das cobranças. Orientar a Área Financeira na definição de prazos para os provisionamentos das custas dos procedimentos, considerando a fase processual. - Decidir sobre prorrogações de pagamento e parcelamentos referentes ao procedimento. - Conduzir, conforme procedimento previsto nas normas secundárias e informações prestadas pela Área Financeira, o processo de cobrança em caso de inadimplemento. - Elaborar a minuta inicial do Termo de Arbitragem, Termo de Mediação ou similar, que compila as regras específicas a serem adotadas no procedimento, garantindo que o acordo das partes seja compatível com a estrutura proposta de administração de processos do CAM-CCBC - Assessorar os árbitros, mediadores e partes, elaborando documentos necessários ao registro das diligências realizadas no curso dos processos, incluindo: atas, termos de comparecimento de testemunhas, convocações de testemunhas, entre outros. - Revisar o material de apoio às audiências, incluindo os autos e documentos eletrônicos que poderão ser consultados - Notificar as partes sobre os andamentos processuais, conforme orientação dos árbitros ou mediadores, auxiliando na garantia do recebimento isonômico das informações - Intermediar as comunicações entre os árbitros e as partes. - Representar o CAM em conferências, apresentações e publicações.
