Job descriptionU.S. Immigration Law Firm, Law offices of Jacob J Sapochnick is growing and developing law firm in the USA that specializes in business, employment, investment, and family immigration to the USA. The law firm is known for providing its best to the clients by offering creative and strategic legal solutions. We are looking for the new team member,case managerto join our team.Job Responsibilities:Communicate with client- Client communication and excellent customer service is key at the Law Office of Jacob Sapochnick Serving as primary point of contact for clients , conducting initial meetings with clients, explain immigration process, requirements, providing regular updates on the case. Document Collection- Review and analyze client documents. Assemble cases for filing, prepare and organize exhibits. Ensure that clients understand the strategy and stepsof the process and lead status updates calls with clients. Be proactive and raising any issuesthat might delay the petition and report it to attorney and senior legal specialists. Reviewing documentation provided by clientsand make sure that client has been informed about all missing documents in advance. Working closely with senior legal specialists and U.S. attorneysto understand the strategy of the case and make sure it is implemented and making sure that the petition is ready in advance for the mid and final reviews of the attorney and that cases are submitted timely.Requirements: · Excellent communication skills, grammar, spelling, and written English composition skills is a must.· B.A. Degree in Law or English or related studies student or graduate.· Previous legal or immigration experience preferred.· High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent proofreading skills.· Strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure, work within competing deadlines, and prioritize workload effectively.· Be comfortable with phone calls and video calls.· Applicant must have the ability to use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional.Compensation:$ - $ / monthly + regular bonusesSchedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday Remote work or office work Submit your CV, cover letter and writing sample at
