***Department Overview**:Inside Sales is a vital part of each regional sales team. We are the first point of contact for new clients. We provide resources for various regions globally. Our role includes assisting with project details and generating new business.
**About the Role**:
Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional with a passion for technology? Join our team as a Business Development Representative and be a key player in expanding our market presence across Brazil. You'll be at the forefront of our growth, proactively generating and qualifying leads for our innovative video surveillance, access control, analytics, and IT solutions. Your mission: to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation:

- Leverage market insights and strategic approaches to expand our business reach.
- Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management:

- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assessing their needs and aligning them with our solutions.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting within Salesforce.
- Conduct compelling pre-qualification calls and engaging webinars to showcase our value proposition.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:

- Respond effectively to inbound inquiries, providing timely and informative support.
- Build strong relationships with prospects, establishing trust and credibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Performance & Reporting:

- Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and qualification.
- Utilize Salesforce and Outreach to track activities, manage leads, and generate insightful reports.

***Basic Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of proven experience in an Inside Sales or Business Development role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and conducting webinars.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, and sales engagement platforms like Outreach.
- Strong understanding of technology sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of video surveillance, access control, analytics, and IT solutions is a strong plus.
