We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager **_for one of our investment products_**.**

**Your main tasks will be**

  • Facebook Ads, Tiktok, Google Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
  • Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, Internal CRM, and other tools;
  • Channels scaling without CPA growth, improving ROI and other key metrics;
  • Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives.

**We expect from you**

  • Facebook and Google Ads expert with at least 1 year of experience in Targeting and PPC/SEM;
  • Meta/TikTok/Google certificates will be an additional advantage;
  • Familiar with campaign optimization by CPA and ROI
  • Managing budgets from $100k+/monthly;
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics;
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
  • English B2 or higher

  • **Workplace organization.**The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
