We are seeking an **Analyst/Associate** to join our **Real Estate Investments** team. In this role, the Analyst/Associate will have exposure to the full life cycle of real estate investment and development with primary focuses on acquisitions and asset management.
**Your day-to-day**:
- Financial analysis, cash flow modeling, market research, zoning/development assessments, due diligence, etc. for new acquisition opportunities;
- Prepare business plans for new investments;
- Prepare investment and financing memoranda for presentation to potential partners, investors, and lenders;
- Assist in budget preparation and track asset performance relative to budget
- Implement processes for optimizing the performance of the company’s portfolio;
- Maintain Argus Enterprise models for the company’s portfolio;
- Assist with other projects and assignments as needed.
**What do we expect from you?**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or other relevant business disciplines;
- Minimum two years of financial analysis or commercial real estate experience;
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously;
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic;
- Experience in real estate financial modeling and/or quantitative analysis;
- Advanced MS Excel skills required;
- Experience with Argus Enterprise a plus.
Pay: R$113.00 - R$257.00 per hour
