We are searching for the best talent for a Content Performance Analyst role based in one of our J&J offices in São Paulo, Brazil; Bogotá, Colombia; Santiago, Chile; or Mexico City, Mexico

**Purpose**:The Content Performance Analyst will work together with agencies, internal clients and partners ensuring the data, processes, systems and teams needs are functioning correctly, to create better analyses and insights, to guide coming action plans and to improve content quality supprted by data.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Managing content performance analysis, including frequent and on demand reports with insights for action plans, looking for content optimization and quality improvement.
- Monitoring the tools and systems used, providing support and seeking continuous improvement.
- Being the guardian of the content data processes and flows in the team, always seeking their optimization and modernization.
- Creating, reviewing and sharing guidelines for suppoting internal decisions.
- Providing data visibility, updating dashboards and generating reports with actionable insights, in parternship with agencies, Business Analytics and Customer Inisghts and Product teams accross Latin America.
- Identifying technology, process, communication and knwoledge gaps in the content data, seeking for smart and scalable solutions, with internal and external partners.

**Job Qualifications**:
Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.

Experience and Skills:

- Required: 3-5 years of professional experience in digital content analytics and insights.
- Previous experience in large companies or agencies.
- Experience in planning, performance management and developing guidelines.
- Expertise in content systems and tools.
- Strong analytical and training skills. Good communication and stakeholder management. Time management.

Other: Proficiency in Portugues or Spanish, advanced English is required. Position is hybrid, what requires 3x week in the office.
