**Overview**:

As a **Sr Account Technology Strategist (ATS) - Financial Sector,**, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and innovation for our enterprise customers. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge, technical expertise, and business acumen to develop strategic technology roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions that align with our customers' business goals.

You will be part of the Account Team, working alongside the Account Executive, with a set of customers in the industry acting as their CTO counterpart within Microsoft. You will be the person in charge of understanding the customer landscape, challenges and objectives and will lead the Microsoft teams to help customers achieve their goals.

**Qualifications**:
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 6+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
- Broad technical knowledge in cloud computing, data and AI, infrastructure, security and business processes. At least one area of deep expertise.
- Strong technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, or related technical/sales experience relating to Cloud and AI.
- Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese.

**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
- . Strong experience building and sustaining relationships with C-suite executives.
- 8+ years experience in relevant customer industry.
- 8+ years experience in digital transformation, or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
- . Discovery and Envisioning methodologies such as Design Thinking, to think about solutions based on the customer point of view.
- . Strong track record of extended team coordination thru influence for sales outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer and Industry Insights**
- Combine business and industry insights with global best practices to forecast and recommend account strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to gather data, evaluate risks, and adapt solutions, ensuring customers explore innovative approaches to grow and address business challenges effectively.

**Differentiated Value Proposition**
- Collaborate with senior executives from IT and Business lines, to showcase how Microsoft solutions meet future business needs, driving growth and competitive advantage.
- Act as a Technology Mentor, building relationships with C-level leaders and aligning Microsoft capabilities with customer needs.
- Lead business transformations using digital technologies to deliver outcomes, challenge thinking with innovative ideas, and involve resources for customer success.
- Capture wins as references and represent the business in significant public relations events.

**Technology Sales: Demand Generation and Orchestration**:

- Drive strategic planning with teams, customers, and partners to deliver outcomes using Microsoft solutions.
- Create and manage new opportunities, ensuring smooth progress and resolving any issues.
- Coach peers on best practices for identifying and initiating opportunities by sharing customer cases and industry expertise.
- Lead customers into the era of AI and new technologies by aligning Microsoft’s capabilities with their business needs, developing strategies, and coordinating execution through technical teams and partners.
- Develop demand plans, drive the sales lifecycle, and lead opportunity creation using industry best practices and various channels.
- Engage stakeholders with pitches and ensure customer requirements are met by collaborating with engineering teams.

**Technology Strategy Formulation**:

- Develop long-term roadmaps for strategic accounts, aligning customer objectives with Microsoft solutions to drive cloud adoption.
- Challenge and refine strategies with stakeholders, introducing innovative capabilities.
- Lead analysis of customer needs and blockers, collaborate with global executives on strategy, and drive end-to-end solutions.
- Guide technology adoption by defining long-term visions, resolving blockers, and steering digital transformation to achieve business outcomes.
