Primary job role

The Enterprise Architect (EA) oversees the overall technology landscape of the organization across multiple projects / initiatives whilst ensuring the ICT strategy aligns with the organizational business goals.

Main duties/responsibilities
Provide technical / architecture guidance to digital transformation projects
Work with stakeholders to define end-to-end system architecture
Participate in / present at architecture review board meeting
Drive implementation of technology solutions
Ensure security and compliance requirements are met and followed
Ensure industry standards and practices are always followed when designing and implementing solutions
Ensure that the design artifacts are clearly defined and documented
Lead / assist to implementation of enterprise-wide transformational initiatives
Identify technical gaps and provide solutions
Mentor and guide other architects

Experience
8 years + experience in Software Engineering/ Development
Experience in driving large scale software development projects

**Qualifications**:
