Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in sales, including leadership experience in the technology, Internet, and/or media industries.
- Experience with managing teams.

As a Director, you will be a thought leader for Mid-Market business growth programs. You will set the vision/strategy, operationalize approaches to the market, and better understand and transform customers/businesses. You will manage C-level relationships with customers driving growth. You will manage portfolios of businesses at various stages. You will be responsible for operating in a transparent way and setting an example of respect and inclusion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create an inspiring vision and strategy for a team, including initiatives and Key Performance Indicators, while ensuring that the resources are in place to exceed goals.
- Hire, retain, inspire, and grow a customer-focused sales team that engages with customer leadership teams.
- Deliver against business goals and drive incremental business growth to accelerate growth.
- Manage and grow executive-level relationships through key C-level meetings, events, quarterly reviews, and engagements.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with key partner teams, including Mid-Market Sales counterparts, Marketing, New Business Sales, Finance, Central Strategy, and Large Customer Sales teams.
