Account Manager, Google Workspace

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with sales/relationship management in the technology industry in a SaaS and/or cloud environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans.
- Understanding of the technology market.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
- Organizational and project management skills.

The Google Cloud Small-and-Medium Business (SMB) team focuses on working with small
- and medium-sized businesses. In this role, you'll bring Google's portfolio into SMB companies around the world, handling complex customer and stakeholder relationships with ease.
The Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies in order to make them more productive, mobile, and collaborative. As such, you will help to ensure that customers get a tailored experience, from initial contact to full on-boarding with Google Cloud. You will also work closely with Google's SMB Account Management team to ensure that existing customers are optimizing Google’s suite of products.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a portfolio of existing Google Workspace customers to maintain and grow their existing business.
- Work with reseller partners to generate business opportunities within their customer base.
- Identify opportunities to advocate for other products (such as Google Cloud Platform).
- Share customer feedback with Product and Marketing to improve the overall customer experience.
