**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Experience**:
- 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, strategy consulting, or investment banking
- Experience in a start-up environment or equivalent. We are not a large firm - we are looking for someone who knows how to get a lot done with limited resources, is looking to be challenged, and is interested in growing
**Skills**:
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with proficiency in creating compelling presentations and reports

**Education**:
A bachelor’s degree is required in any quantitative field (i.e., business, economics, finance, engineering. Master’s degree a plus
**Languages**:
High fluency in conversational and written English and Portuguese
