We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Team Lead.**

**Top Skills**:

- Trilingual: Portuguese, English and Spanish (mandatory)
- 4+ years of recruiting experience or agency recruiting (mandatory)
- BPO industry experience
- Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel + power point)
- Hybrid Modality availability (mandatory)
- 2+ of team management experience (mandatory)

- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
- Interview scheduling.
- Communication management & follow-up.
- Support onboarding activities.
- Generating scheduled/ ad-hoc reports.
- Lead and follow up the existing team of recruiters.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Talent acquisition: 4 years (required)
- Team management: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Spanish (preferred)
