In Global Acquiring we strive to provide merchants with best-in-class card processing products around the globe. We are passionate about our work and take a client-first approach to everything we do. We are changing the payment landscape in LATAM and look for a talented Product Manager up to the task.

**What you will be doing**

As a Product Manager within the Global Acquiring team, you will be responsible for driving WP acquiring proposition for new markets in LATAM, delivering value to many of the largest eCommerce merchants in the world. Our vision is to provide the most relevant, reliable and straight-forward global payment experience, helping customers access more customers, driving profitable growth.

Help build an integrated view of customer needs, market trends and competitive position

Assess customer and business requirements - consolidating views from market experts, sales and top-tier global merchants

Develop a product roadmap and translate changes into changes requests

Provide cross functional leadership and customer advocacy for new product developments

Support decision making and development prioritization via through analysis and recommendations

Ensure business stability, growth and enhanced product profitability

Enable the organization with the knowledge and tools to drive commercial success

Transfer product expertise to across organization with expert product training and advocacy

Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of product information, effectively updating internal channels

Support proposition queries by engaging with the sales team and top tier customers

Maintain advanced knowledge of trends in the eCommerce payment industry Demonstrate leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved

Prepare and present product roadmap reviews as well as providing product’s general strategic direction

Champion our vision and working principles in your interactions with Business Units across the organization

**What you bring**

5+ years of product management experience

5+ years working in the payments industry

Advanced/Fluent level of English & Spanish

An ability to think strategically and creatively.

Superior interpersonal and communication skills

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding and service-oriented environment

A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition

The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
