**Job Summary**:

- CCE (Compact Construction Equipment (Compact & Skid Steer Loaders, Micro & Mini Hydraulic Excavators, Compact Wheeled Loader 90X))_

**What you will do**:

- Identify, manage and provide reports on competitive performance studies, feature/benefit comparisons and maintenance and repair cost analysis
- Support New CCE Product Introduction Development: Provides significant input to CCE Product Group and NPI team(s) for next generation product development activities.
- Assist in defining and placing value on new product features, functional and technical specifications, and general product requirements
- Provide CCE Product Group with industry-specific trends based on customers’ operational data and benchmarking
- Respond and/or action dealer requests and product queries in a timely manner
- Support in territory trade shows, being the face of Caterpillar representing CCE products.

**What skills you will have**:

- **Customer Focus and Effective Communications**: Align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Develops a cooperative work relationship with others inside the department and especially field sales organizations, dealers and customers.
- ** Decision Making and Critical Thinking**:Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

**Basic qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Pre-Advanced English.
- Job-related experience within an engineering, product group, industry, marketing or sales support background.
- A broad knowledge and understanding of Caterpillar CCE products, commercial strategies, dealer operations and capabilities.
- Experience interacting with Caterpillar’s dealer network either in an industry or product support capacity.
- Advanced/Fluent English.

**Additional Details**:

- Up to 30% travel will be expected for this role (domestic and international).
