Responsible for the sales and operations (S&OP) plan, identifying and evaluating internal and external demands and sales forecast needs and generating an achievable master schedule consistent with the company's business policy and objectives and resource constraints.

**As a Services Specialist, you will be responsible for**:

- Scheduling and Planning Management
- Focusing on various materials and capacity planning techniques, including detailed expositions of material requirements planning (MRP) and capacity planning (CRP)
- Managing the Client Subsea Service Contract tooling and equipment maintenance portfolio, prioritizing customer operations and availability plan, controlling internal and external repairs and supporting interface areas in projects for delivery purposes.
- Managing project risks and critical paths, hold management meetings, make short, medium and long-term decisions, seek alternatives and better decisions, work together with the entire supply chain for decision making, Ex: Transport Cost, receipt, quotes, repair, delivery time, etc.
- Supporting work prioritization and sequencing; execution of the manufacturing plan, implementation of controls and reporting of results; the evaluation and feedback of performance information.
- Developing plans that also address quality actions and continuous improvement plans for projects delivered on time or behind schedule by developing critical project lessons.
