To enable this, Wolt develops a wide range of technologies from local commerce platform to retail software and financial solutions, as well as operates its own grocery stores under the brand Wolt Market. Wolt was founded in 2014 and joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. DoorDash operates in 27 countries today, 23 of which are with the Wolt product and brand.

**What you'll be doing**:
**As a Sales Manager at Wolt for Work, your day to day will be**:

- Identifying potential partnerships and contacting potential partners that are a great fit for Wolt for Work.
- Building strong relationships across our partners.
- A natural 'hunter' with hunger to build and create a portfolio from the ground up.
- Demonstrable consultative sales approach - someone that can build relationships and tailor our offering and business model to a specific partner based on various parameters.
- As our business grows we are rolling out new features that could be beneficial to our potential clients
- you will be the one to decide how our clients can benefit from them in order to fulfill the potential from our platforms.
- Able to analyze data to understand venue performance in order to set profitable business terms and conduct negotiations regarding partnership terms.
- Team Player - growing is something that we do together as a team - we value teamwork and knowledge sharing in order to achieve our goals

**Our humble expectations**:

- Your background might consist of Sales Representative, Account Development Associate, Events/Sales Coordinator or Personnel within the hospitality industry
- You're a natural people person, who loves networking and building long lasting relationships
- You have excellent time management skills - you will be working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with many competing priorities.
- You thrive being in an environment where you have high ownership and ambition to go beyond the obvious
- You're a team player, with a positive attitude and love to be involved
- You hold a driving licence
- Fluent in English (Maltese is an asset but not essential)
