- What you will be doing

The main attributions are related to keep customers, origin/destination offices and any other part involved
on import/export process updated regarding shipments status, general information, tracking, instructed ,
following World Courier systems, policies and procedures.
The representative is also responsible to assist importers/exports on import/exports documents applied
and assist all parties involved on sending shipments to/out Brazil correctly and ensuring the temperature
controlled.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Analyze shipment documents that are transmitted from/to World Courier offices, such as
Invoices, Packing List, mawb and hawb. Request amendments when needed.
2. Send,Receive and Request instructions to/from World Courier offices to proceed with shipments
following each Customs Regulations.
3. Instruct importers/exports on how to fill up shipment documents and assist them on doubts
regarding delivery/pick up schedule and customs regulations.
4. After checking shipment route, carriers, shipment temperature and deadlines, schedule pick
up/delivery with importers/exports.
5. Keep World Courier offices, customers and all parties updated on import/export process
6. Raise import/export orders on World Courier system
8. Monitor World Courier system reports and jobs that requires a feedback/action
9. Follow World Courier procedures, working instructions and process.
10. Follow up replenishments needs with drivers, airport staff and origin/destination offices in order to
keep the cold chain as per World Courier procedures.
11. Instruct operation departments regarding shipment routes, package needs, labels, documents,
delivery/pick up schedule, shipment handling and temperature controlled instructions as aligned
with customer.
12. Notify import arrivals to importers, broker, airlines and airport administration company. Confirm
proper temperature controlled storage, update World Courier system and update all parties
involved.
13. Follow up replenishments needs with drivers, airport staff and origin/destination offices in order to
keep the temperature controlled as per World Courier procedures.
14. Follow up clearance status and request empty box/temperature monitor recovery
15. Analyze temperature monitor results
16. Analyze if there is any risk ( mainly temperature controlled) at the delivery/pick up and notify
leadership before.

18. Follow up and act on critical shipments such as local billing and cell and gene therapy.
19. Join and comment at internal meetings with OPS/CS teams/leader and external meetings with
customers.
20. Assist on international new team members training.
21. Identify shipment issues and risks and solve problems whenever is needed.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Mandatory:
Fully graduated Business, Logistics or International Trade.
Intermediate Office and Windows
2/3 years of customer service experience in international air logistic/transport shipment
Desirable:
Courier Operations and Customs/MOH Regulation knowledge.
Experience on exports and imports operations of Pharma Industry/Clinical trials ,perishables
and cargo air transportation.
Language Skills:
Mandatory Fluent English Level (speak, read and write)
Desirable Basic Spanish Level ( speak, read and write).
