**Job Title: Account Manager, Lubrificant Additives**
**Mode of Employment: Hybrid (remote/onsite work model is possible).**

**SUMMARY**:
This role is to develop and maintain strategic relationships with targeted customers in Latin America (primarily Brazil) to ensure business targets are achieved. This position requires working with internal and external teams to provide valued solutions through products and services to a dedicated customer base, including distributors, that allow for sustainable sales results.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Daily Sales Activities**:

- Actively collect information to build strategic account plans
- Coordinate with internal business groups and functions (technology, product management, supply chain etc.) to provide high quality technical and logistic solutions
- Build a strong internally and externally network to ensure cross-functional alignment

**REQUIREMENTS** (education, experience, competencies, and specific job requirements):

- Bachelor’s degree or above with a technical discipline: chemistry, engineering, business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in product management or sales, preferably in the chemical industry and interacting with B2B customers
- Commercial experience is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish, bilingual considered a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Dynamics, and Outlook
- Willing and Able to travel frequently
