**Main activities are**: - Provide support to daily run activities and incidents in Brazil FRESH, Sao Paulo region - Business relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors; - Work closely with internal/global technical teams (including but not limited to Architecture, Applications, Middleware, Network, Security) to identify existing solutions and integrations/developments required - Responsible for high-level solution design and technical scope definition, leading the team in the requirements analysis process, elaboration of functional and technical specifications, monitoring of development deliveries, plan and execution of tests, User Acceptance validation support and, support of the deployment of solutions in Production - Participation in the whole development cycle in IT Analyst role, provide support to testing, development and business users with listed system issues providing the documentation accordingly - Execute Governance Controls and Monitoring in adherence to the IT Governance policies and standards - Propose changes in Information Systems in reactive and proactive mode **Requirements**: - Advanced English - Hold a higher education - High level knowledge of programming languages to be able to execute queries in the database and analyze procedures to support the daily IT activities - Analytical ability to understand and explain the user requirements to be implemented in the system - Agile Methods expirience/knowledge - Ability to deliver/Results driven - Initiative and proactivity - Organization skills - Ability to work in a team, collaborating with other employees "BNP Paribas is committed to providing a work environment that promotes diversity, inclusion and equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, gender, age, creed, religion, nationality, disability (physical or mental), marital status, citizenship, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression, or any other legally protected status."
