Job Summary:
Customer Support:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments

Entry Analyst:

- Review and enter customer data into company databases
- Verify accuracy and completeness of customer information
- Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in customer data
- Communicate with other departments to ensure customer data is updated and accurate
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
- Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
- A basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles is expected, though certification may not be necessary at this entry level.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in data collection and analysis.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively share findings and work within a team environment.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and tools used in continuous improvement processes.
