Responsible for sales (R$ and units) in a specific territory, strengthening the relationship with MDs and retailers during the daily personal calls, and following the commercial policy and guidelines established by Sales management.
- Good field experience ideally gained from optical retail or ophthalmology segments;
- Sales skill;
- Organizational and analytical skills;
- Great written and verbal communication skills;
- Public Speaking / People Person;
- Basic English language knowledge;
- Ability to work and cooperate with teams;
- Familiarity with computer and Microsoft Office;
- Field visits

**Education**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Advertising or related field
- Demonstrate good product knowledge
- Respect and adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Plan and execute personal sales appointments to the clients of the specific territory and according to the pre-established frequency;
- Create positive and lasting relationships with customers, staff, colleagues and vendors;
- Establish individual targets for each customer;
- Identify opportunities for new business within the market;
- Help improve brand and product awareness following the marketing department guidance
- Identify product training sessions opportunities for customers and staff;
- Keep up to date with the competition, especially on current market prices, new products, delivery lead times, promotional materials and actions, etc.;
- Achieve and/or exceed of the Sales target (R$ and units) established jointly with Sales Management;
- Ensure that equipment and tools provided by the company are used properly and are always in perfect condition (company car, mobile, laptop, iPad, etc.);
- Events and congresses attendance, when requested;
- Occasionally you will take trips to participate in events in the area, or to contact customers in your region.
Open position to work in the region of Bauru and Marília. The service is for this region.
