- The employee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, the environment and Company’s assets and reputation.
- Follow data management standards, workflows, and company procedures to keep 2G&R data organized, preserved and available inside of the studies.
- Follow Brazilian rules and regulations (ANP) for all Brazilian Geoscience data.
- Execute data QC, formatting and loading process to make data available on 2G interpretation projects on internal software or Petrel.
- Support studies projects in the affiliate to ensure its functionality, keeping it complete update with all data available in the database as well as organized in accordance with the TotalEnergies standards
- Keep 2G interpretation projects updated with all G&G data available in the local databases as well ensure the Database Integrity.
- Support on data management rules and procedures implementation regarding Reservoir data.
- Execute the data QC, formatting and uploading on PI database as well be proactive on the problems resolutions
- Collaborate to improvements of production monitoring dashboard, of the structure of the T-More / POWERBI platform and the way of loading data.
- Support on data management aspects to improve the reservoir monitoring analysis with the Reservoir team
- Support on development and implementation of automatized and digital solutions for Geosciences process
- Background in Geosciences, Geography, Geology, Engineer, Computer/Data Science, or other related area
- Knowledge of the basic life cycle of Exploration & Production oil and gas business as well as the ANP Brazilian Regulation and Standard concerning Geoscience data.
- Experience on the different software for G&G (Petrel, Sismage) studies and data management
- Knowledge on Reservoir/Production data, PI, OFM is a plus
- Good interpersonal relationships, communication, and initiative skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, French is an asset
- 2-3 years of oil industry experience in Data Management position and/or G&G and reservoir studies
