**Role Purpose**
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional, and consistent manner.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead sourcing engagements in categories such as consulting, insurance, legal, translation, HR, and ground transport.
- Manage RFPs/RFIs and supplier evaluations, and drive contract negotiations for optimal commercial outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Shape deals based on complex business requirements and data analysis.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, including master agreements and statements of work.
- Track and report on sourcing project status, savings, and compliance.
- Ensure alignment with Chain IQ sourcing tools, processes, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with global sourcing colleagues to ensure seamless execution and best practice sharing.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential; Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; supply chain or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Professional Services, with a focus on the Brazilian market.
- Strong contract negotiation and drafting experience with limited legal support across services like consulting, insurance, benefits, HR, etc.
- Experience working with major suppliers in Brazil and across the Americas.
- Client-oriented mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the Brazilian regulatory environment, labor laws, and supplier practices in Professional Services sourcing
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sourcing systems (SAP Ariba is a plus).
- Strong analytical and communication skills; capable of managing high-volume projects with competing priorities.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in multicultural, cross-functional environments.
