**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for trending content planning, including all platforms trending monitor and internal trending generation, strategy decisions and data performance in general.
- Ensure daily workflow tasks are completed within designated timelines. Ensure breaking news for the Brazilian market are shared with users timely through push operation and also be responsible for its performance and overall engagement;
- Manage campaigns & event planning schemes for normal users, holidays & festivals, trending events, in-app trends, etc... with interdepartmental cooperation;
- Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth, prompt and complete content ingestion, as well as moderate the contents' compliance to policies;
- Make regular operation plans according to the analysis of market trends and user consumption;
- Track industry and competitor updates consistently, establish reports on industrial prospects and optimize proposals;
- Manage the posting tool planning and configuration with interdepartmental cooperation;
- Be Helo's social media, In charge of platform account operation regarding post style, trends involvement, and follower count increase;
- Identify the targeted creators according to in-app content trends and be responsible for the creator acquisition and maintenance.
- Bachelor degree or above, bilingual proficiency in Portuguese & English is a must.
- Solid understanding of general social media platforms, having the ability for data analysis and identifying user demand; following and predicting hot spots for Brazilian market; heavy user of popular social media apps are preferred.
- Willing to accept innovations, have a strong sense of responsibility, be self-driven, and build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Be flexible to morning and night shift, as well as weekend and holiday duty schedules.
- Basic notions of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
