Atuação como parceiro estratégico da liderança operacional, com presença ativa na fábrica;Suporte completo ao gestor de operações, com forte foco em dados, indicadores e gestão de headcount;Responsável pela gestão de contratos de benefícios (não envolve rotina operacional, mas sim relacionamento com fornecedores e renovações contratuais);Apoio na gestão do orçamento de RH, com controle detalhado de headcount (100% sob sua responsabilidade);Participação ativa em projetos globais de RH, com interface com a matriz;Apoio à implementação do sistema Workday;Participação em temas relacionados a comunicação interna (eventos como Dia das Mães, Dia dos Pais, entre outros).

Perfil desejado

Experiência prévia como HRBP com foco em operações/fábrica;Forte domínio de Excel, com habilidade para lidar com números e análises;Perfil analítico, proativo e dinâmico - o ambiente é rápido e com demandas urgentes;Capacidade de negociação e gerenciamento de prazos, com boa comunicação e jogo de cintura;Inglês Avançado (mandatório) para interações com a matriz (Bélgica).
