Detailed Roles & Responsibilities: Manage stock, forecasting, and supply of imagery equipmentCoordinate global equipment delivery and returnManage and track tickets for shipmentsProvide support for equipment purchases and logistics coordinationHandle hardware depot inventoriesOversee full product lifecycle (shipment, updates, packaging, legal clearance)Ensure compliance with export/import regulations in coordination with trade compliance and 3PLsConduct or supervise warehouse inventory countsOptimize inventory movement and proceduresManage shipment requests and provide status updatesSupport conflict resolution, task delegation, goal setting, and time managementEnsure team members have needed resourcesManage internal stakeholders and client communicationsCandidate Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field5 years in logistics, vendor or warehouse management2+ years of domain experience in Hardware OperationsProficient with spreadsheets, stock management, forecastingAdaptable to a fast-changing environmentProficient in SAP ERPStrong interpersonal and communication skillsTeam leadership and administrative task management
