Job Description:
We are currently seeking an International Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies that cater to a global audience. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment where you will gain invaluable experience in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of international marketing plans and strategies.
Make the first contact with potential clients, initiating the sales pipeline and ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
Work closely with the sales department to enhance client acquisition and conversion.
Manage client communications, including email correspondence, to ensure adequate lead nurturing.
Utilize CRM software like HubSpot and Salesforce to track interactions and progress with leads.
Utilize task management systems such as Monday to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs in different regions.
Support the coordination of international marketing events and promotions.
Maintain effective communication with team members and external partners across different time zones.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in marketing or a similar role is preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and task management systems.
Passion for learning about different cultures and marketing trends.
