Technical Support Engineer / Technical Specialist II
São Paulo
Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
We are seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to become an integral part of our support engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with a group of specialists, providing comprehensive support across all areas of our business.
What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot and debug software and infrastructure issues raised by end-users of the software developed by our engineering teams.
- Verify and document bugs for tracking and escalation.
- Incident management, including managing communication with stakeholders and coordinating with development teams.
- Be an expert in Ebury's products.
- Work with the Software Engineering teams to establish support workflows and monitoring plans for new products and projects.
- Work with trusted vendors to solve service events.
- Collaborate with other software development engineers on process enhancements and code reviews.
- Collaborate with product teams to analyze feedback and report feature gaps.
What You Will Need
- Experience providing L2 support in a tech-driven business environment.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiar with AWS Cloud or Google Cloud and Linux administration.
- A strong desire to identify and resolve root causes, systematically preventing issues from recurring by collaborating
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, along with a willingness to uphold Ebury's values
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Desirable
- Software development experience with Python or Go.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies and Continuous Integration.
- Understand common frontend languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Use tooling to manipulate data in PostgreSQL, Firestore
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
