As an FP&A Senior Associate, your primary responsibility will be to support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and the broader Finance team with various financial and analytical tasks. You will ensure data accuracy and facilitate the smooth operation of all finance-related activities.
What you'll be doing:- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling;
- Lead ad-hoc strategic projects, coordinating multiple departments;
- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans;
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks;
- Build and own all financial reporting with unwavering commitment to accuracy in all presented and reported numbers;
- Develop and present detailed financial decks that clearly convey analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders;
- Create, implement, and improve financial models, databases, and dashboards;
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial systems;
- Act as a Business Partner to different Business Lines and Departments within the organization working directly with C-Level;
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
- +5 years of experience in financial roles, preferably with previous roles in FP&A and reporting;
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Experience with FP&A tools and NetSuite;
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and resilience to investigate and resolve discrepancies;

Our job titles may span more than one career level. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company's estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
