Playtech Managed Services is looking for a responsible Junior Risk Desk Manager to join our team at Playtech's new Brazilian Playtech Managed (PTMS) Services in São Paulo – SP. If you have strong decision-making and strategic thinking skills, we want to hear from you

Your influential mission. You will... 

• Assist in monitoring and handling risk management cases across fraud prevention, AML, KYC, and payments.
• Review and process routine chargeback cases, account verifications, and fund recovery requests.
• Support senior team members in investigating suspicious activities and escalating complex cases when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (compliance, legal, customer support) to ensure accurate information flow and timely resolution of risk-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of investigations and prepare basic reports for internal tracking.
• Participate in team meetings to stay updated on process changes and share observations.
• Stay informed about emerging financial crime trends and regulatory requirements through training and team knowledge sessions.
• Contribute ideas for improving workflows and automation opportunities.
• Assist in preparing data for audits and internal reviews.

Components for success. You... 

• Are fluent in English.
• Are a fluent Brazilian Portuguese speaker.
• Have 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Have an excellent knowledge of the risk and payments field.
• Possess strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Are a team player with leadership skills.
