About the Job

The Data Operations and Excel Intern will support the operational and analytical processes at Dadosfera, working on organizing, structuring, and analyzing data in spreadsheets and internal systems.

This position is ideal for those starting their career in the data field and who wish to develop practical skills in Excel, automation, and information management within a collaborative and technically strong environment.

The intern will work closely with the Engineering, Operations, and Human Resources teams, contributing to the creation of reports, indicators, and dashboards that support strategic decision-making and improve internal process efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Update, organize, and validate control and tracking spreadsheets;
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel;
  • Use advanced formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IFERROR, etc.);
  • Automate tasks and create solutions to prevent errors and data duplication;
  • Monitor critical company spreadsheets and propose structural improvements;
  • Support data integration between different areas and systems;
  • Document processes and best practices for efficient use of corporate spreadsheets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields;
  • Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, charts, pivot tables, data segmentation, and validation);
  • Interest in automation and data organization;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn;
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, Google Sheets;
  • Basic understanding of VBA, macros, or scripting for automation;
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools (e.g., Jira);
  • Intermediate English.
