Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Architect

About the role

As an LMS Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing scalable learning management solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize LMS platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and regulatory adherence.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement scalable LMS solutions that meet business and compliance requirements.
  • Integrate platforms such as Adobe LMS, Absorb LMS, and Veeva Vault for Learning into enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in deployment and maintenance of LMS platforms including Seismic, Docebo, and Degreed.
  • Oversee configuration and customization of LMS platforms to meet specific business needs.
  • Conduct system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for architecture and processes.
  • Lead evaluation and selection of new LMS technologies to enhance learning capabilities.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize LMS effectiveness.

Work model: Hybrid

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 or 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Sao Paulo, SP. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced English
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Adobe LMS, iLearn, Absorb LMS, Veeva Vault)
  • Proficiency in ITIL principles and their application in LMS environments
  • Experience in LMS integration and customization across enterprise systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards for learning platforms.

These will help you stand out

  • ITIL Certification and Adobe Certified Expert LMS Administrator Certification.
  • Familiarity with emerging LMS technologies and trends.
