We are looking for our
OPERATIONS MANAGER

in
BRAZIL

Main functions:

Ensure the proper functioning of the technicians, maintaining optimal operational efficiency and exceptional customer service. Train equipment operators, update the inventory of installed equipment, and provide documentation that supports the activities carried out and information about the operation. Support gaming activities as required by the area.

Specific functions of the position:

  • Resolve machine issues for users instantly.
  • Coordinate inspections of the room's machines for customer use.
  • Visit the client once every two months for auditing and brand presence.
  • Be attentive to any needs and/or requirements of customers regarding the machine.
  • Database manager, update and review.
  • In specific scenarios, machines maintenance.
  • Follow-up to technicians (documentation) to other areas.
  • Lab Testing (Game and Server Setup and Testing).
  • Coordination of required machine changes by the sales and statistics department (by group or client).
  • Creation of installation files for the remote accounting system with complete SAP, Client, Series, MIKROTIK, and BAM data on the Jira – UCAS platform.
  • Creation of activation files once installed and created on the Jira platform by Bulgaria, with the corresponding machine data and Mac Address of each machine.
  • Create the deactivation and activation files with each change of hardware, conversion that alters the machine counters and upload them to the Jira platform with all the precise data.
  • UCAS monitoring to see all online and offline machines and provide the necessary follow-up in conjunction with the casinos and technical area to keep everything operational and online.
  • Provide follow-up along with statistics when required for specific cases in any area.
  • Responsible for the proper functioning of the showroom together with the technical area of the zone.
