  • Técnico de Suporte Nível I e II (Help Desk)
  • Técnico de Suporte de Campo (atendimento presencial em clientes)

Responsabilidades

  • Atendimento técnico remoto e presencial a clientes corporativos
  • Diagnóstico e solução de problemas de hardware, software e rede
  • Instalação e configuração de sistemas operacionais Windows e softwares diversos
  • Suporte ao pacote Office e Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Documentação de procedimentos e soluções técnicas
  • Participação em projetos de melhoria contínua na área de suporte

Requisitos

  • Ensino técnico completo em Informática ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência comprovada em suporte técnico (remoto e/ou presencial)
  • Conhecimento avançado em hardware, Windows e redes Microsoft
  • Domínio do pacote Office e Microsoft 365
  • Desejável conhecimento em servidores Microsoft
  • Boa comunicação, organização e foco no cliente
  • Disponibilidade para deslocamentos (vaga de campo)

Diferenciais

  • Certificações Microsoft (MCP, MCSA, MCSE)
  • Experiência com ferramentas de chamados
  • Conhecimento em Azure, Intune e outras tecnologias Microsoft
