ABOUT THE CLIENTOur client is a major blockchain-based platform specializing in decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions. They have gained recognition for their innovative approach to optimizing and facilitating decentralized cryptocurrency trading and liquidity aggregation:JOB SUMMARYWe are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong understanding of Web3 technologies and blockchain development. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the product strategy and execution of decentralized applications and smart contract-based solutions.

You will work closely with engineering, marketing, and business teams to build and scale innovative DeFi products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDefine and drive the product roadmap for decentralized applications (d

Apps) and blockchain-based solutions

Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and optimize smart contract-driven products

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem

Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into product features and technical requirements

Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of blockchain-based applications

Stay updated on the latest Web3, blockchain, and DeFi trends to drive innovationREQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field2 years of experience in product management, preferably in Web3, DeFi, or blockchain-based solutions

Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and Web3 stack

Familiarity with Ethereum, Solidity, and other blockchain platforms

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed product decisions
