About the job

As a Global Specialist, Performance & Commercial Insights within the BEES Expansion team, you will play a key role in analyzing and generating insights about the countries that are on their digitalization journey. The BEES Expansion team supports full digital transformation of the market, the implementation of the BEES platform, and the adoption of the platform by ABI's customers in that market.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct monthly analysis and reporting of key performance metrics of countries that have implemented BEES and generate insights to close business and performance gaps.
  • Develop dashboards and regular reports to track business performance against targets.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning with data-driven input.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee global alignment on key metrics and define best practices.
  • Present data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization tools and reports.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in management consulting, strategy, commercial analysis, business intelligence, or a similar insights role.
  • Strong English (speaking and writing) language skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen to interpret complex business scenarios and identify what analysis should be done to generate insights.
  • Ability to run and distill complex data analysis into simple communications. Must be comfortable translating insights into Power Point presentations.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and database querying languages (e.g., SQL)
