About Us
Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," we're taking innovation to the global stage. Our story began in 2023 in Hong Kong, China, where we became an industry leader in under a year. Building on that momentum, we entered Saudi Arabia in 2024 and soon expanded to over 20 cities. In 2025, we accelerated further, launching in Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE within a remarkable 40-day span. This was followed by our entry into Brazil, progressing from a pilot in Santos and São Vicente to an official launch in São Paulo, with more destinations ahead.
What You'll Do
- Develop comprehensive rider care strategies and annual plans aligned with the company's business objectives and riders' needs, continuously research industry trends and rider feedback, and constantly optimize care solutions; 2. Design a rider welfare system, plan and organize various rider activities (such as holiday celebrations, award ceremonies, and team-building events) to enhance rider cohesion, and collaborate with external partners to provide riders with more value-added services; 3. Conduct data analysis and evaluation: collect and analyze data related to rider care, assess the effectiveness of care measures, and adjust and improve care strategies based on data analysis results.
What We Need From You
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology or related fields 2. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, able to collaborate with different departments and levels. Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, capable of making decisions based on data 3. Responsible and empathetic, with innovative thinking and pioneering spirit 4. Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
