Sobre a vaga:
Procuramos um(a) Gerente de Projetos para conduzir a migração de tenant Microsoft 365, coordenando planejamento, execução, controle e entrega de serviços como Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams e Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
O(a) profissional será responsável por garantir que o projeto seja entregue dentro do escopo, prazo, orçamento e qualidade esperados, gerenciando riscos, mudanças e comunicação com múltiplas áreas e stakeholders.
Responsabilidades:
- Liderar e coordenar o ciclo completo do projeto de migração do tenant Microsoft 365.
- Gerenciar escopo, cronograma, orçamento, qualidade, riscos e mudanças.
- Comunicar-se de forma efetiva com stakeholders, equipes técnicas e áreas de negócio.
- Apoiar atividades pós-migração e garantir transferência de conhecimento.
Requisitos:
- Inglês fluente - irá participar ativamente de reuniões em inglês.
- Experiência comprovada em gerenciamento de projetos de tecnologia, preferencialmente migração de Microsoft 365.
- Conhecimento geral de serviços Microsoft: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform.
- Entendimento básico de arquitetura de tenants, identidades (Azure AD / Entra ID), licenciamento e segurança no Microsoft 365.
- Domínio de metodologias de gerenciamento de projetos (Agile, Waterfall, PMP ou similar).
- Habilidades de organização, comunicação e liderança.
Desejável:
- Espanhol para atuação em operações LATAM.
