Position Overview:
As the
Training and QA Manager
, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing initial training, ongoing training, and the Quality Assurance process not only in Brazil (your primary location), but also in Turkey and LATAM. This role requires active coordination with regional leaders to ensure consistent quality standards, performance management, and continuous improvement across all markets for the assigned processes.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Your responsibility covers both Training and Quality Assurance, so you are expected to provide leadership and operational oversight to both teams for the assigned markets (initially Brazil and Turkey).
Flexibility and Business Needs:
This role requires flexibility and the ability to adjust priorities based on business needs. You may be assigned additional responsibilities aligned with Operations or Performance Management when required, without this constituting a change in your role or compensation structure.

Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or related fields.
Minimum of 5+ years
of progressive experience in Training, Quality Assurance, and/or Operations Management, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-market, or BPO environment.
Minimum of 2+ years
of direct people management experience, specifically leading both Training and QA teams is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
Bilingual or Multilingual:
Fluency in
Portuguese
and
English
is mandatory. Working proficiency in
Spanish
or
Turkish
is a significant advantage.
Operational Expertise:
Strong understanding of performance management methodologies, coaching techniques, and process improvement frameworks
Leadership & Coaching:
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic, cross-cultural setting.
Analytical Skills:
Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to translate quality and training metrics into actionable business strategies.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
