Overview
We are seeking a Game QA Project Manager (CLT - Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00
pm) to join our team. In this important role, you will be responsible for planning for and coordinating
multiple QA Projects, helping build teams from scratch to meet Client's requirements and ensuring the games meet the highest standards of quality and performance, delivering results above and beyond
expectations. Working closely with Upper Management and Directors, you will create workflows to assist the daily work of Project Coordinators and Leadership, making sure they have proper support for their tasks, as well as delivering multiple reports and keeping direct communication with the Clients, directly taking care of their requests.

Requirements
· Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
· Experience in Project Management. Roles within the gaming industry are
a plus.
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to
interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to motivate teams, solve
conflicts, and mentor other members of the team.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work
with multiple deadlines, and adapt to shifting project needs.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
· Proficiency with testing methodologies and tools (Jira, Testrail, ClickUp,
etc.)
· Experience with previous and current generations of gaming consoles, PC
and mobile platforms is a plus.
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage multiple QA teams, providing support and mentorship to every
team member, from QA Coordination and Leadership to the testing team,
fostering a productive and welcoming work environment.
· Act as one of the company's main points of contact with external
vendors, helping understand their requirements and organizing the
internal teams to meet their needs.
· Create and maintain project schedules based on client's requests,
allocating resources effectively and working closely with stakeholders to
ensure deadlines are met without compromising the quality delivered.
· Identify potential risks and bottlenecks for the teams, developing and
implementing strategies to mitigate or minimize the impact on the
projects.
· Respond quickly to changing project needs, technical challenges and
unexpected issues by coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams,
adjusting priorities and creating an action plan to maintain the project's
progress and quality.
· Develop and implement testing strategies tailored to each project's
scopes and requirements.
· Ensure all activities adhere to the company standards, maintaining
quality and consistency across all teams.
