Estamos em busca de um(a) HR Assistant Generalist para se juntar ao nosso time de Recursos Humanos e contribuir ativamente em todas as frentes da área, desde recrutamento e seleção até ações de clima organizacional e endomarketing. Essa é uma ótima oportunidade para profissionais que desejam aprender, se desenvolver e ganhar experiência prática em múltiplos subsistemas de RH.

Responsabilidades

  • Conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta (divulgação de vagas, triagem de currículos, entrevistas, feedbacks etc.);
  • Apoiar no onboarding de novos colaboradores;
  • Auxiliar em ações de clima organizacional e endomarketing;
  • Produzir e divulgar conteúdos para comunicação interna (e-mails, murais, newsletters, etc.);
  • Dar suporte em todas as atividades administrativas do RH;
  • Apoiar em projetos de desenvolvimento organizacional, treinamentos e eventos internos.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior em Administração, Recursos Humanos ou Gestão de Pessoas (concluído ou em andamento);
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização e senso de prioridade;
  • Conhecimento básico em ferramentas como Excel, PowerPoint e sistemas de R&S;
  • Proatividade e vontade de aprender e se desenvolver;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de colaboração como Slack e Teams.
