Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a Business-to-Business (B2B) software company.
- 10 years of experience leading and managing teams.
- 5 years of experience working with the Agribusiness, Manufacturing, Logistics or Services Industry across Brazil.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese, Spanish and English fluently to support stakeholder and client relationship management in this region.
- Experience managing and leading a team.
- Experience working with, and managing, cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Customer Engineers, Partner Sales) and external partners in complex implementation projects and negotiations.
- Experience promoting cloud computing technologies to complex government, education and digital natives organizations across geographies.
- Ability to manage business and commercial models while leading organizational transformations and delivering on results.

As a Field Sales Manager (FSM) for multi-industry you will manage a team of Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) who promote to our new and existing accounts related to Agribusiness, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Services sectors across Brazil. You will leverage existing relationships with C-level executives, develop new relationships, and act as a trusted business partner to understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will participate actively in all aspects of building the business, including attainment of assigned strategic objectives, business planning, demand generation, account engagement, and acquisition/account-based marketing activities. You will advocate the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

Responsibilities- Lead a team of high performing Field Sales Managers and build a growth culture. Focus on talent strategy and skills development to exceed business goals for your territory and drive customer satisfaction.
- Build executive relationships with customers and influence long-term strategic direction by understanding their technology footprint and strategy, strategic growth plans, business drivers, and engaged landscape.
- Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Customer Engineers and Google Partners to create new opportunities and lead multi-industry customers through the entire business-cycle.
- Represent your territory in business planning, town halls, and team meetings, reporting accurate and timely forecasting and business performance.
- Travel to, and present at, customer meetings, conferences, and other related events as needed, acting as an advocate for Google Cloud, our products, and our customers.
